Stop Guessing - Test, Learn & Know

Online Marketing Research

When asked to do so outright, most consumers are unable to accurately determine the relative importance placed on product attributes. Water's Edge Web Design's online marketing research team replaces “what ifs” with “how to’s”. The usual response is all attributes are important and of course, this is true, and that’s the easy part. Determining which method to use is often time consuming and quite confusing. With the help of powerful consumer actions software Water’s Edge Web will continuously monitor your marketing campaigns using multiple applications. Whether conjoint analysis, multivariate testing or A:B splits, we take the guesswork out of what is and isn’t working and provide you and your marketing team statistical data that will back up our findings. Let’s face it, getting marketing dollars is sometimes like getting blood from a turnip so every dollar counts and every wrong decision could be devastating to you.

Conjoint Analysis:

Conjoint Analysis is a tool that allows a subset of the possible combination of product features to be used to determine the relative importance of each feature in the purchasing decision. It takes the relative value of attributes considered jointly and measures them singularly. More simply put, we take a list of possible combinations of product attributes and assign them a rank in decreasing order of importance. Once attained, models are used to find the different values of each attribute used to determine the ranking preference. This method is useful because you do not have to take a survey using every possible combination of attributes. Therefore you can reveal what combinations are most desirable using the combinations not tested.

A:B and Multivariate Testing

Testing, testing 1,2,3. You might as well keep going because at Water's Edge Web, the testing never stops. We use A:B Splits and multivariate testing programs to test and retest each element of your marketing campaign. Suttle changes from a different font, shades of color, images, layout and many more things can make the difference between success and failure. With powerful software that allows us to test many theories at once, our marketers can help you devise a plan that will combine all our findings and roll out the best campaigns possible.
